Transfer from the airport to the hotel. You will receive information for the beginning of your tour in the afternoon or this will be on the informative signs in the hotel reception.
19:00 h. - Transfer to the Via Cavour area, a great introduction to Rome, where you will find restaurants serving Italian, Indian, Chinese and international food. Return to the hotel.

08.30 hrs. - In the morning, we have the city tour, which will be a great introduction to “The Eternal city”. We enter the tiny state of the Vatican. The Vatican City is a principal center of Christianity in the world. You will be able to visit St. Peter’s Basilica. We continue visiting the Imperial Forums (entrance included), an impressive architectural ensemble formed by buildings and monumental squares, center of the political activity of the moment.
18.30 hrs. - In the evening we provide a transfer to Trastevere area. A stroll in the narrow cobbled streets of the Trastevere district reveals hidden treasures to us, such as some modest medieval churches, small shops with the most peculiar objects or scenes of daily life. Many trattorias (informal Italian eating establishments) and osterias (inns) imbued with the Italian spirit will be ready to serve you local dishes. We will walk along the path (30 minutes) in which we will have the opportunity in breathtaking alpine landscapes, to take the
"footbridge over the emptiness" enjoying the glaciers that surround us; Lunch included for all passengers (vegetarian option available).
13.45 hrs- Grindelwald departure. We continue to Lucerne.

08:30 hrs. - Versailles – Arrival to the Palace of Versailles (admission not included, long waits for tickets due to influx on some occasions). Immense Palace that belonged to the French kings; a good way to get acquainted with the culture and history of France.
11:30 hrs. - Versailles – departure - (the departure might be later in case of a long wait to enter the palace). Upon returning to Paris we head to Montmartre and taking a small cable car (included) we go up to this bohemian artists´ neighborhood to see the Basilica of the Sacred Heart and take a walk through its square and alleys.
15:00 hrs. - With a local guide we will begin the city tour of Paris lasting 2 and a half hours. During the visit you will be able to see the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées, Madelaine, Place de la Concorde, Opera, Louvre Museum, Tower St. Jacques, town hall, Ile de la Cite with the Notre Dame cathedral, Latin quarter, Pantheon, Sorbonne, Luxembourg gardens, Invalides, Military School, Champ de Mars-Eiffel Tower, banks of the Seine. We will make brief stops near the Invalides and the Champ de Mars. At the end of the city tour, we will return to the hotel, making a stop in the city center, so that people who still want to take advantage of their free time in Paris can get off the bus.

We go to the EIFFEL TOWER, we include the ticket to go up to the second floor of this impressive metal monument (sometimes there are long waits to gain access due to massive influx). The second floor is considered to be the one with the best view, due to the optimal altitude in relation to the buildings below (on the third floor, they are less visible) and the general perspective (obviously more limited on the first floor). When the weather permits, it is estimated that it is possible to see up to 70 km away. After descending the tower we include a boat trip along the Seine River. Magnificent views of the main monuments and bridges of Paris on the majestic river. Journey of approximately an hour and a quarter.Free time later.
16.00 hrs.- Paris –we will leave for Rouen.-
18.15 hrs.- Rouen – Arrival and free time to walk and have dinner in the historic center of the capital of Normandy, an active city, whose origins date back to Roman times, with charming medieval architecture and an impressive Gothic cathedral.

11.00 h. Arrival to the port of Calais where we take the ferry to the UK followed by customs and border formalities. The ferry crossing takes one hour and a half. The ferry is modern and equipped with all commodities (restaurants, bars, areas in which to relax, games rooms, foreign exchange facilitles, shops).
13.30 h. (14.30 hrs. in France): Dover – arrival (approximate schedule due to availability of ferries), we disembark and set out for Canterbury.
14.15 hrs- Canterbury- arrival. Free time to stroll around the religious capital of England with a very attractive historic centre.
15.45 hrs- Continuation to London.
17:15 hrs. - London- On arrival in London, before going to the hotel, there will be time around Tower Bridge to see it lip up, to see the modern buildings of the city and have dinner in one of the restaurants of the area.

09:45 hrs - Alnwick.- Medieval town dominated by its large castle. Attractive gardens. This was one of the backdrops for the Harry Potter film. Time to visit the castle (admission not included) or to stroll around. Note: the castle will be shut during the winter months (01 October-31 March).
11:15 hrs - Alnwick –Departure-. Cross into Scotland.
13:15 hrs - Edinburgh –Arrival-. We are now in the capital of Scotland, in one of the liveliest cities in the north of Europe, whose spectacular centre has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The castle dominates the city centre, with its cobbled streets and parks. In the summer, the Edinburgh Festival is held, and the city brims with life and its many shows. Free time.
17:30 hrs -Scenic visit round the city with a local guide (occasionally, this could be earlier, being undertaken on our arrival in the city). Later on, we provide a transfer to return to the hotel.

07:30 hrs - Edinburgh –Departure-. We travel towards the high lands in the north of Scotland. We cross over the Forth road bridge. We travel between mountains where we shall see the unique Highland cattle.
09.30 hrs.- Pitlochry- Time for a walk and a coffee, a charming victorian village.
10.00 hrs.- Pitlochry- departure. Later we cross the eastern Highlands. Beautiful landscapes of the Cairngorms National Park. Travel through the city of Inverness.
13:45 hrs - Brachla (Clansman Harbour). "Nessy" (Loch Ness Monster) souvenirs! Time for taking photographs.
Around 14:00 hrs. - we take a boat trip (included) on Loch Ness.- Arrival at Urquhart castle. Ruins of an imposing medieval castle which dominates the lake (entrance included).
15:00 hrs - We continue our route and we will cross Fort August and Fort William, the beautiful tourist town at the foot of the Benn Nevis in the highest lands of the United Kingdom. We can also enjoy beautiful views across Glencoe . The last lake we will see will be Lake Lomond.
20:00 hrs - Glasgow –Arrival-. We recommend a walk round the centre of this highly atmospheric city.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:
Groups arriving in Edinburgh from November 15 until the end of February, due to the short duration of the days and frequent snow problems on the roads, will have the following stage:
08:00 hrs. - Departure from Edinburgh to PITLOCHRY (09.45 hrs/ 11.15 hrs), a picturesque city in the center of the Scottish region, where the majority of whiskey is produced. We will visit a traditional whiskey distillery in the area (entrance included). We continue towards STIRLING (12.30/ 15.30 hrs), with an impressive historic center dominated by the great castle (entrance included), one of the most important in Scotland having witnessed numerous historical events, including not only historical battles, but also the coronation of several of its kings. Reservation and tickets included. Time for lunch. After that we will make a stop to photograph The Kelpies, enormous sculptures of two horses with water heads from Scottish mythology. We continue to GLASGOW, arrival at 17.00 hrs., time to walk through the city center and accommodation.

08.00 hrs -Glasgow- Brief tour on the coach while leaving the city and then we travel toward the east coast of Scotland.
In Cairnryan we board a modern ferry to Ireland. Normally the boat leaves at 11.30 hrs. Crossing. The boats are very modern; you can shop in its stores or have lunch in its bars.
13.45 hrs - We get off the boat in Belfast. Arrival in this city of Victorian architecture which reminds us of the difficult coexistence between Protestants and Catholics in this area.- After a look round the Catholic and Protestant neighbourhoods that remind us of their troubled past, we visit the famous murals. Free time in the city centre.
16:30 hrs - Belfast –Departure-. We continue to the Republic of Ireland (Eire).
18:30 hrs - Dublin –Arrival at hotel-.

(Note: Occasionally, depending on our time of arrival in Dublin, the sightseeing tour of the city may be made on the previous afternoon).
