In this late afternoon class, you'll meet a professional pizza chef, called a pizzaiolo, and start by learning how to make tender, flexible and stretchy yeast dough. You'll pick up tips that you can use to take home when baking in your own oven.

With your pizzaiolo you'll stretch it, sauce it, bake it and slice it. However, before you get to sample your creation the dough has to rest. While that's happening, there are two things.
